Our range is a Wolf and the oven had been running cool for a while, everything coming out pale and taking longer than the recipe said. They handled it along with the refrigerator on the same visit, which I did not expect from a company with Sub-Zero in the name.

Read them for the boring parts
The useful signal in a review of sub-zero refrigerator repairs work is not the adjective at the end. It is whether the arrival window was kept, whether the figure quoted on the doorstep was the figure on the invoice, and whether anyone explained the fault instead of announcing a total. Those three run through almost all of these.
They also mention, often with some relief, that the appliance never left its opening. Built-in equipment in Coronado is fitted into joinery and stone; the manufacturer designed it to be serviced through the grille precisely so that it does not have to come out, and a technician who pulls one forward has already done more damage than the fault.
Not every visit needs a part
Several of the reviews here are for calls that ended without a component being fitted — a seal reseated, a drain flushed, a filter replaced that should have been replaced two years ago. That is a completed job, charged as a diagnosis.
